Yes — 4Gas is completely free, with no ads and no selling of your data. You don't need an account to check prices; only if you want to join the community (points, levels and badges).
Directly from official, open sources — no scraping, no intermediaries: the Ministry for Ecological Transition (Spain), the DGEG (Portugal) and data.gouv.fr (France). Italy will arrive with MISE data.
